Analytics and reporting provide valuable insights into the success of your event. These tools offer data on attendee engagement, page views, outbound clicks, file downloads, and more, enabling you to make informed decisions, enhance experiences, and ensure a fantastic event for all involved.

How can I access the event's analytics and reports?

The b2match platform allows you to access your event reports through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. However, first you have to connect your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts with the b2match platform. 

In the Organizer's tool, navigate to Configuration on the left sidebar

Then, from the Event settings section, select Event information.

On the Event information page, scroll down to the Analytics & Reporting section.

Enabling Google Analytics

To enable Google Analytics, click the toggle switch next to Google Analytics.

Once enabled, you can enter your Google Analytics tracking ID to link your event with your Google Analytics account.

Enabling Google Tag Manager

To enable Google Tag Manager on your event, first click the toggle switch next to Google Tag Manager. 

Then, enter your Google Tag Manager container ID in the field below.

When participants accept the Google Tag Manager (GTM) cookie, we set "cookie_consent_google_tag_manager" to "accepted". Use this value as a trigger for your tags.

After you are done, click on the Save button in the bottom right corner.
