Deleting Custom Questions
Creating custom questions is a powerful method to get answers from your participants on the questions that matter to you and that can help you host your event successfully. However, as events evolve, there may arise a need to delete certain custom questions.
In this article, we will walk you through the process of efficiently deleting custom questions from your event.
How can I delete a custom question?
Access Configuration from the left sidebar of the Organizer’s Tool.
In the Participant section, navigate to Custom Questions.
On the Custom Questions page, you will find a list of all the questions you have created.

To edit a specific custom question, simply click on the Edit button next to it. This action will open the Edit question modal, enabling you to make changes to your question.

If you wish to delete a custom question, locate the Delete button next to it. Clicking on Delete will trigger a web notification seeking confirmation for the deletion. Proceed by clicking Yes.

Note: Keep in mind that deleting a custom question is an irreversible action, and you will not be able to retrieve the deleted question. If attendees have already submitted answers, those answers will also be permanently deleted.
