Deleting Meeting Points
Meeting points are a valuable asset that makes the networking process easier. However, sometimes you may need to change your plans and delete certain meeting points.
This article will guide you through the process step-by-step.
How can I delete a meeting point?
The first step is to navigate to Networking from the left sidebar of the Organizer's Tool and click Configuration.
Then, access the Meeting Locations tab.
From the list of meeting locations, click on the one whose meeting point you want to delete to open the Meeting location info sidebar.
In the Meeting location info, navigate to the Meeting points tab.
Here, find the meeting point you want to delete and click on the 3 dots next to it.
From the drop-down menu, select Delete meeting point.
This will open the Delete meeting point modal to ensure you don't delete the meeting point by accident.
Next, click on Yes, delete.
Note: Keep in mind that deleting a meeting point is an irreversible action and cannot be recovered.
If you need to delete a meeting point that already has a scheduled meeting taking place, you can do so, but note that the meeting will be deleted.
