Analytics & Reporting
Analytics and reporting provide valuable insights into the success of your event. These tools offer data on attendee engagement, page views, outbound clicks, file downloads, and more, enabling you to make informed decisions, enhance experiences, and ensure a fantastic event for all involved.
How can I access the event's analytics and reports?
The b2match platform allows you to access your event reports through Google Analytics. However, first you have to connect your Google Analytics account with the b2match platform.
In the Organizer's tool, navigate to Configuration on the left sidebar.
Then, from the Event settings section, select Event information.
On the Event information page, scroll down to the Analytics & Reporting section.
Here, click the toggle switch next to Google Analytics.
Once enabled, you can enter your Google Analytics tracking ID to link your event with your Google Analytics account.
Finally, click on the Save button in the bottom right corner.
If you didn't find an answer to your questions, please get in touch with the Support Team here.
