Assigning location to session

Once you have created & edited your session locations, you need to assign them to specific sessions to ensure your participants always know where the next session is taking place and don't get lost wandering around a large venue. 

How can I assign a location to a session? 

To assign a location to a In-person session, start by navigating to the Agenda section in the left sidebar of the Organizer's Tool and selecting Sessions.

From the list of sessions, click on the in-person session you want to edit. This will open a sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen, where you can adjust the session details.

Once the sidebar is open, go to the Format tab. Here, you will see the session format already set to In-person.

Below that, there is a Location dropdown field. Click on the dropdown and select the appropriate location from the available list of your created Locations.

After choosing the location, the session will be updated to reflect this change. Make sure to save the changes, and you’re all set!

The location you assign will now appear as part of the session details, ensuring participants can easily identify where the session will take place.
