In order to help organizers enhance booking numbers, we developed the b2match recommender, an AI-powered profile recommendations option for your events. It will show profile recommendations to participants as soon as they start being active on the platform.
Recommender on Participants page
Recommendations will be shown on the Participants page, next to the list of participants.
By clicking the "See all" link, participants can see more recommended profiles, as well as some additional information.
Recommender on Meetings page
The recommendations will be also shown on the Meetings page, under the participant's meetings.
The recommendations will not be immediately visible. The participant needs to start being active within the event so that the recommendations are displayed in the Participants and Meetings pages.
How to enable it
The AI recommender can be enabled by the main organizers in Matchmaking Settings.
How it works
- participant profile visits
- bookmarking participants
- sending messages
- requesting meetings
- accepting meetings
These activities have different priorities or scores, which are being analyzed by the machine learning algorithm in order to detect participants who behave similarly within the event. The recommendations will be based on these calculations and similar participant profiles.
Recommended participants are not shown to participants who:
- do not have any 1:1 sessions in their attendance
- are not activated yet
- are canceled.
The AI recommender system is still in beta phase. We’re working on improving it in the next months.
