Booking rules give organizers the ability to define which participants are allowed to book each other. Some events have the requirement that a certain group of participants cannot book others because only a few participants are actually allowed to request meetings. Booking rules make this possible, with the help of participant types.
Defining Booking Rules
- Define participant types for your event
- Go to Configuration and click on Booking Rules. By default, all possible combinations are enabled. Only the selected rules will apply as booking rules.
Booking rules work similarly to the visibility rules which allow you to define which participant types can see each other inside the participant list.
