Creating & Editing Session Track
Creating an effective event agenda is crucial to the success of your event. One powerful tool at your disposal are session tracks.
This article will cover in-depth what session tracks are and how to create them.
Why should I use tracks?
Session tracks are an extremely useful tool as they provide a way to group sessions together by theme. By categorizing sessions into tracks, attendees can more easily find sessions that align with their interests and goals, allowing them to better plan their event schedule.
Session tracks may help you in creating a more targeted experience for attendees, making it easier for them to navigate the event and find the content that is most relevant to them.
How can I create a session track?
First, click on Agenda on the left sidebar of the Organizer’s Tool.
Navigate to the Tracks tab to access the list of all tracks.
Here, click on the Add track button to open the Create track modal.
Type in the name of the track and choose a color either by typing the HEX color code, or using the color picker.
After that, click on Save.
Tip: You can always edit the track at a later time. To edit the track, simply click on the pencil icon next to the track you want to edit.
