What can I configure in event settings?
Event Type
The event type determines if your event is on-site, virtual, or hybrid.
If you choose an on-site or hybrid event, you will notice the Location field. Here, you can type in the event’s location, i.e. where your participants can gather for the one-day event.
If you choose the virtual type, the event will be hosted on the b2match platform.
To choose the event type, simply click on the Type drop-down menu, and choose the type.
Event Visibility
Event visibility determines which audience has access to the event and can register for it.
If you choose that the event is public, any website visitor can see it and register for it.
If you choose that the event is private, only your community members will be able to see it on the event’s list and register for it.
To choose your event’s visibility, click on the Visibility drop-down menu, and choose the visibility.
After you’re done, click on Save to ensure that your changes are saved.
