b2match and Data Protection
b2match is 100% GDPR and DSGVO compliant.
All b2match sub-processors (Twilio, Daily, Stripe etc.) are GDPR compliant.
Our data is stored in Google Cloud who's servers are located in the European Union.
The event organizers are, in effect, the data owners of the data collected throughout the b2match events. They are also responsible for protecting the data, such as participant details, downloads, reports, available in the organizer's tool.
When participants register for b2match events, it is compulsory to read and agree the following:
There are organizers who have additional terms and conditions. Here's how they can add these to the registration.
When using third-party tools which are not integrated within b2match, the organizers should check if they are GDPR compliant.
