Managing Table Reservations for Participants
When the event is on-site or hybrid, it is often needed that some tables are reserved in advance for some of the participants.
In the process of creating a meeting session in the Agenda, you need to define the tables number as well.
Note: Each table is assigned a unique number and cannot be renamed.
In order to reserve a table to a participant, click on the participant's name in the Participants list in the Organizer's Tool . When the profile panel opens, click on Settings.
Choose the table number from the list and click on Save.
Important: Make sure you assign fixed tables before the booking time frame starts. The tables are not available for reservation after the booking phase has started.
The system will automatically place all meetings at the participant's fixed table when scheduling meetings, unless meeting partner has a booth assigned.
