Meeting rescheduling gives the organizer the ability to enable or disable the meeting rescheduling among participants. Go to Configuration - Matchmaking Settings - Scheduling Mode in order to enable/disable this feature.
Disabling the meeting rescheduling is recommended when the organizer doesn't allow last minute changes to meetings, thus participants agendas.
For some on-site and hybrid events the organizers print the participants agenda, so they disable meeting rescheduling a few days before the event.
For virtual events and long term matchmaking the meeting rescheduling can stay enabled throughout the entire booking time frame.
