On-Site Event Support
Your event is important. Should you require on-site help, we are more than willing to provide it.
To ensure the smooth running of your on-site event, your designated Customer Success Manager can offer support in person.
What kind of support can I expect?
Whether your event spans a single day or multiple days, your Customer Success Manager will be on hand to assist you and to ensure your participants get the help they need, while you focus on other important tasks.
The CSM will greet participants at the welcome and info desk, where attendees can seek assistance with any questions they may have.
Additionally, your Customer Success Manager will oversee the matchmaking process to ensure everything runs smoothly. They will monitor matchmaking sessions, signaling the end of each time slot and the beginning of the next to make sure meetings don’t last longer than they should.
Furthermore, they will verify that participants are seated at the correct tables, ensuring that meetings occur as scheduled and that no one misses their appointments due to space constraints.
Should your participants encounter any last-minute issues, they can seek immediate help from your CSM.
