Payment with b2match

b2match offers the organizers a friendly interface to create tickets and manage payments

b2match supports several payment methods, but they need to be activated by the organizers. In order to activate a particular payment method, the event owner has to activate it in the Payment settings

Stripe payments (credit card) / PayPal

  • The organizers have to activate Stripe in the Payment settings
  • Payment status will be updated automatically. As soon as the participant pays for the ticket, the status will be changed to Paid.

What do the participants need to do

  • Select the payment method Pay with credit card
  • Add card number, CVV number and the expiration date
  • Fill in the billing details
  • Add a promotion code, if you have one, and apply it
  • Click on the button Finish payment.

As soon as the participants pay with a credit card, an invoice is generated and can be downloaded.

Payment via invoice (bank transfer)

  • The organizers have to activate Payment via Invoice in the Payment settings
  • The default payment status will be Pending. The organizers have to confirm the payment when they receive money for the participant’s ticket.

When the organizers confirm the payment, an invoice is being generated for the participant. This invoice can be downloaded by the organizer from the organizer’s tool, or from the event website by the participant.

What do the participants need to do

  • Select the payment method Pay via invoice
  • Fill in the billing details
  • Add a promotion code, if you have one, and apply it
  • Click on the button Finish payment.

As soon as the participant completes the checkout, they will receive a pro forma invoice with the instructions on how to pay for the ticket.

Allow participants to pay at a later stage

Depending on the event settings, participants are able to make the payment during registration or at a later stage. All the information, including downloadable invoices, can be found in the participant's dashboard.

Multiple event ticket types

Whenever you need to set up VIP, Exhibits Only and Early Bird passes for the same event, b2match can help with the possibility of creating multiple event ticket types.

You can apply a various set of rules for the tickets, such as expiration dates, visible by certain types of participants or certain sessions, or you can define promotion codes.

Customizable invoices

The invoices, pro-formas and payment confirmations can be easily customized by the event owners.
