Meeting Rescheduling
Meeting rescheduling gives the organizer the ability to enable or disable the meeting rescheduling among participants.
You can find the toggle button Meeting rescheduling in the Configuration - Matchmaking Settings - Scheduling Mode which can enable/disable this feature.
Disabling the meeting rescheduling is recommended when the organizer doesn't allow last minute changes to meetings, thus participants agendas.
For some on-site and hybrid events, the organizers print the participants agenda, so they disable meeting rescheduling a few days before the event.
For virtual events and long term matchmaking, the meeting rescheduling can stay enabled throughout the entire booking time frame.
Meeting rescheduling from participants' point of view
If enabled, the Reschedule button will appear in the drop-down menu for each future meeting when you click on the three dots.
When a participant clicks on the Reschedule button, the system automatically opens a window with the available timeslots.
When you confirm a new timeslot, the scheduled meeting will move to pending status and the meeting guest is informed about the rescheduling. The guest needs to accept the new timeslot for the meeting to be scheduled again.
In the rescheduled meetings, you can see both the new and old timeslots, with the old timeslot crossed out and grayed out.
If Meeting rescheduling option is disabled, the Reschedule button doesn't display in the drop-down menu, as it is not possible for participants to reschedule their meetings.
