Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten the password for your b2match Organizer account, don’t worry! You can easily request a new one. 

In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to recover your password and regain access to your account.

How can I recover my password?

First, head over to the https://admin.b2match.com/cp/log-in page.

Here, click on Forgot password?

This will open a new page where you can reset your password.

Enter the business email you used for creating the account, then click on the Send recovery email button

Note: If you remember your password while on this page, you can simply click on Log in below the button.

You will receive an email with instructions to recover your password. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, click on Resend the instructions.

In the email, click on the Reset password button. This will open a new tab in your browser where you can set up a new password.

Type in your new password in the New password field.

Note: A strong password should include upper and small letters, numbers, and a special character.

Finally, click on the Confirm & Log in button. After that, you can log in to your b2match account and access the platform.
