V6 Participant Guide
Setting Up Group Meetings
Group meetings are an excellent way to increase engagement, generate more ideas, and facilitate meaningful discussions. By bringing together like-minded participants, group meetings offer the opportunity to share experiences, exchange opinions and meet more people simultaneously.
This article will show you how to set up group meetings for your event and create a collaborative and interactive environment for your attendees.
How can I set up a group meeting?
Navigate to Networking from the left sidebar of the Organizer's tool click on Configuration.
Next, access the Settings tab.
In the Settings tab, scroll down to the Meeting Attendee Limit section.
Here, in the Limit field, simply type in the number of how many participants may attend a meeting.
Note: Your event has, by default, 1-on-1 meetings, meaning that the limit will be set to 2.
After that, click on Save in the bottom right corner.
If you didn't find an answer to your questions, please get in touch with the Support Team here.
