Whether it's conveying recent changes or sharing valuable tips and tricks for a successful event experience, effective communication is essential. This is where the b2match email tool steps in. It empowers you to reach the right audience with precision, ensuring your emails are targeted and impactful.
In this article, we will explore the capabilities of the b2match email tool, equipping you with the knowledge to compose compelling emails that effectively engage and inform your participants throughout the event.
How to access the email tool?
To get started, navigate to the left sidebar of the Organizer's Tool and click on Communications.
Then, from the drop-down, click on Emails.
This will take you to the Outbox tab of the email tool, which features different sections that can help you compose an email to desired recipients.
What does the email tool’s interface look like?
The email tool is divided into four parts.
Scheduling
In the scheduling section, you have the option to send your email immediately or at a later time.
To send your email now, choose Prepare to send now.
If you wish to schedule your email at a later time, choose Schedule for later. Then, choose the exact date and time for sending your email.
Recipients
Within the Recipients section, you will find a comprehensive list of participants who are set to receive your email. By default, all participants will be selected, ensuring widespread distribution. However, if there are specific participants you wish to exclude, simply untick the box next to their name.
Additionally, you have the option to fine-tune your recipient list by creating a mailing list, allowing for even greater control over the email's reach.
Email Templates
In the Email Templates section, you can choose one of the carefully crafted b2match email templates that are specifically designed to save time and engage your participants effectively. Learn more about different email templates available and how to use them in our article using email templates.
