Number of Possible Meetings

How many bilateral meetings can a participant have?

The number of the meetings that a participant can have is always the same as the total number of time-slots.

The number of meeting requests depends on the scheduling mode that the organizer set.

  • Participants schedule meetings when requesting - the maximum number of request is the same with the maximum number of meetings
  • Participants schedule meetings when accepting - the number of possible meeting requests does not have a limit.

For example, if a participant chose the morning session from 10 to 12 (with a meeting length of 20 minutes, as set by the organizer), the participant will be able to have 6 meetings.

If the scheduling mode is Participants schedule meetings when requesting, participant A can send participant B 6 meetings requests.

If the scheduling mode is Participants schedule meetings when accepting, participant A is able to send as many meeting requests as they want to participant B, until participant B has accepted 6 meetings.
